JOB SUMMARY
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, including water, and running food from the kitchen.
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions, special requests and restrictions.
- Check in the guests to assure satisfaction when needed.
- Clean tables, reset tables, complete opening and closing duties, and re-stocking as required.
- Assisting with kitchen duties such as mopping, polishing of glassware and silver, and keeping all areas stocked.
