Automotive Warranty Administrator
Suburban CDJR of Garden City is seeking an experienced detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team! If you have experience in automotive warranty processing and a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you - APPLY TODAY!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors in a timely manner.
- Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation.
- Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs and policies.
- Assist in resolving denied claims and discrepancies.
- Keep detailed records of all warranty transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
