- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
- Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
- Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
- Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Compensation : $12 - $14 hourly
