We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base within the Python brand. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, maximizing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.


As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients for the Python brand. You will develop a deep understanding of their needs and provide them with tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.


The Python brand by Suburban Manufacturing delivers innovative protective solutions, including wrap sleeves, tubular sleeves, bundling straps, and application-based products, designed to protect hoses, cables, and other critical components in harsh environments. Known for durability, Python products provide abrasion resistance, heat protection, and line-of-sight burst protection, enhancing safety and extending the lifespan of equipment. With custom sewing capabilities, Python creates tailored solutions for industries such as welding, agriculture, construction, and transportation. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing Python product line business with OEMs and distributors.
  • Prospect and source new opportunities, maintaining high lead-to-sales conversion rates.
  • Support training seminars, webinars, and trade shows as needed
  • Develop sales strategies by analyzing product results, market needs, and customer feedback.
  • Provide accurate reporting, CRM updates, sales pipeline forecasting, and proposal preparation.
  • Support divisional sales initiatives to grow national accounts and meet business goals
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and communicate any constraints
  • Propose custom solutions to OEMs in collaboration with product managers and engineering

  • 3 years’ experience in sales in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness and ability travel up to 25% annually
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities (KSA’s):

  • Ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to employment
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Skill and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions:

  • Work in office 5 days per week
  • Travel up to 25% annually
