Suburban Sanitation Service is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Description: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries; process orders; update customer accounts; maintain accurate records and handle customer complaints.
Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, must be a team player, reliable, dependable, must work well in a small office setting. Bookkeeping experience and septic knowledge a plus, but not required.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am-5pm & every other Saturday during March- December 8AM-12PM. Full time with health insurance benefits after 60 days of employment.
