As part of the Subway® Team, you as an Assistant Manager will focus on seven main things:

In addition to the role of a Shift Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:
- Opening the Store 2 days a week as manager on duty.
- Closing the Store 2 days a week.

PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience. 6 months Subway experience a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
