- Answer Telephones
- Greet Visitors when Receptionist is Unavailable
- Assist Receptionist and Accounts Payable
- Create and Maintain Various Logs in Excel
- Assist with Various Administrative Tasks
- Scan Documents
- Collect and Organize Receipts for Expense Reports
- Data Entry
- Light Cleaning As Needed – i.e. putting away uniforms, taking out trash
- Track and Scan Credit Sales
- Review Monthly Inventory from Stores – Send For Correction As Needed
- Cross Train on Additional Duties
Assist in other positions as needed when others are out of office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
