Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead and manage teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate long-term business strategies.
- Manage overall labor, food cost and repair budgets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Restaurant Excellence Visits (REV) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create operational and training guides and implement continued support strategies
- Organize and host quarterly multi-unit meetings
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations management (QSR Preferred)
- Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
