In partnership with our rapidly growing, specialty retail client, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a rockstar Director of Operations!

Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic, forward-thinking Director of Operations to keep the gears turning and the good vibes flowing across multiple retail locations in the Greater Phoenix area. Reporting directly to ownership, youll be the glue between corporate vision and location-level execution, building systems that hum with efficiency and teams that thrive.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead the Charge

• Manage and motivate 4-5 District Managers, each overseeing 4-5 stores.
• Work directly with General Managers to build rockstar teams and create a culture of growth, accountability, and fun.
• Set the tone and inspire everyone to bring their A-game every day.

Streamline & Standardize

• Turn operational chaos into a well-oiled machine by implementing systems and processes that align all stores.
• Be the champion of onboarding new stores youll make compliance, inventory, and personnel transitions smooth as butter.
• Optimize inventory management, delivery logistics, and operational workflows.

Expansion & Growth

• Lead the charge on opening new stores, launching delivery programs, and expanding product facilities.
• Oversee construction projects and make sure teams are hitting timelines and budgets.

Regulatory Excellence

• Stay ahead of the ever-changing rules in a regulated industry, ensuring every store is 100% compliant.
• Craft and enforce SOPs so teams are always operating above the bar.

Supercharge Supply Chains & Quality

• Oversee the entire supply chain from sourcing to shelf to make it efficient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective.
• Reduce waste and ensure stores are stocked well at all times.
• Ensure all products meet stringent quality and safety standards through active collaboration with the QA team.

• Build, train, and retain a dream team of operations pros who are as passionate as you are.

Who Are We Looking For?

You need to be a doer, a thinker, and a leader whos not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen!

Your Experience

• 7 years crushing it in multi-location retail operations
• Experience in a highly regulated industry
• Proven track record of scaling operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Quick on your feet and cool under pressure, with a knack for juggling priorities
• Data junky who thrives on KPIs and finding ways to level up performance
• Knack for connecting with people and navigating tricky situations with grace

• Excited to spend time connecting with teams in each location

Your Credentials

• Bachelors in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (highly preferred, not a total dealbreaker)
