Position Summary
Our Food Service Manager is responsible for maximizing profitability, ensuring the safety of customers and employees, and building teams to exceed our customer's expectation and ensure they want to come back every day.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain hands-on and direct oversight of daily food service operations, completion of daily paperwork, cash / banking transactions, placing orders, and appropriate company reports
- Understand and practice strong inventory control methods
- Actively participate in all employee-related management functions including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivation, discipline, performance appraisal, conflict resolution, and the administration of human resources policies and initiatives.
- Understand and perform P&L analysis
