Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, or online with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate money and inventory controls, including operating a Point-Of-Sale system with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure a clean store environment by completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks with dedication and care.
- Assume opening or closing responsibilities for the business day, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Take direction from engaged franchisees, Store Directors, and Shift Supervisors with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Work in tipped positions and enjoy frequent customer service bonuses for outstanding performance.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive hourly wage of $13-$16 per hour, inclusive of tips with an average rate of $2-$3 per hour.
