Job description
This Subway is located inside Goddard Space Center - Greenbelt, MD. Government Property. Business is Open Monday to Friday only. Closed Evenings and Holiday's.
- This Shift is from 10am to 2:15pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Need 1 staff member -
This role is responsible for the daily operation of the Subway. This role will report to the Shift Supervisor and the Owner directly. For the right person, this is a easy job with a easy work schedule. Perfect part-time or second job.
**** Able to pass a background check for badging (Mandatory)
**** This job is NOT worth it if you live more then 20 mins away from Greenbelt.

Duties
- Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food (helps manage food costs)
- Work with 3 other co-workers. Teach, Train and work together.
- Inspect delivery, equipment, and work areas
- Ensure that employees comply with food safety standards
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
- Open and Close register, count drawer and make daily deposits
This role will arrive to work 10am. Help with food prep for the shift. Make sandwiches during lunch rush. After lunch rush help clean front line, dishes, sweep, mop and plan for next day's prep. Easy job for the right person.
Owner will process payroll., count and process daily cash deposits. Owner will hire and discipline staff when needed.
