We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Business Operations Manager to join our team of operational leaders. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to embed themselves into the school community, ensuring strong relationships, high engagement, and great operational results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of school operations professionals in overseeing all logistics for school-wide events, family communications, scholar information collection, purchasing, building partner relationships, technology, and inventory management;
- Advocate for all policies, procedures, and communications across the school community to drive scholar outcomes;
- Manage the daily financial and business activities of the school, including budget creation, forecasting, reconciliation and record-keeping;
- Ensure operational excellence and high level of detail in all areas of operations, from scholar safety and health to school aesthetics;
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional work experience, bachelor's degree preferred;
- Experience managing teams to develop and implement systems and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency;
- Demonstrated ability to indirectly manage and influence other stakeholders to achieve outcomes;
- Incredibly high bar and attention to detail;
- Degree of selflessness to ensure success of the organization;
