Information Technology Business Analyst

About the Role

As an IT Business Solutions Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT, analyzing complex requirements and delivering scalable, efficient solutions. You will help lead the adoption of emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Machine Learning (ML)—to streamline operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications across finance, sales, distribution, and pricing functions.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI, ML, and RPA solutions that automate and optimize key business processes.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Fabric BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure proper configuration, integration, and functionality of enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, Vistex, Tracelink, and Salesforce.
• Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles: from scope definition and planning to stakeholder engagement, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to support business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role, preferably within pharmaceutical sales and distribution (S&D) environments.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Vistex Revenue Management, and Microsoft Fabric BI.
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, and familiarity with AI/ML platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience designing and implementing predictive analytics solutions using ML models.
