As the entry level AT&T Account Manager, you will work closely with clients and customers alike to bolster brand awareness in the community and in turn drive sales revenue. Our entry level AT&T Account Managers are experts in our clients’ products and services, and they are excited to share their knowledge directly with consumers. AT&T Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Work directly with customers to promote our clients’ brand, products and services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries
- Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement
- Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPI’s to maximize sales and drive revenue
- Adhere to our clients’ compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
- Drafts, organize and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow AT&T Account Managers to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills

Each entry level AT&T Account Manager receives in-house training from our Senior AT&T Account Manager team. This is an entry level role, so no experience is required to apply.
