Success Rehabilitation, Inc., is a residential and outpatient program for adults with acquired traumatic brain injury. Success is seeking a passionate, team-oriented LPC or LCSW to do meaningful work in a dynamic, stimulating environment.
As a licensed professional at Success, you will work with our residential and outpatient clients who have a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges.We are especially seeking a licensed provider with experience in drug & alcohol counseling.
The LPC/LCSW plays an important team leadership role in the effective treatment of symptoms and behaviors associated with traumatic brain injury.
We offer a competitive full-time salary based on education and experience as well as supervision hours with a Licensed Psychologist. Therefore, applicants must be a licensed provider (LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT).
In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, clinical interventions by the LPC/LCSW assist the client to better participate in their rehabilitation program to attain the skills necessary to achieve and maintain the highest degree of independence possible. To do this, you will:
- Provide individual cognitive/behavioral psychotherapy to implement goal-specific and measurable treatment plans
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other members of the Clinical Team and with residential care providers
- Participate in development, implementation, tracking and documentation of client goals and predicted outcomes with Clinical Team
- Prepare and submit reports of client progress and status of goals per company policy and procedures
- Participate in staff development on TBI related topics and individual client goals
Job Qualifications
- Willingness and openness to learn about Brain Injury
- Current and valid Pennsylvania license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Experience with Medicare preferred.
- Experience providing individual and group therapy with rehabilitation, residential or special populations, preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience working with persons in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills and proven ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Proficiency in use of applicable computer software.
- Valid driver’s license
