What you will be doing:- Manage and oversee complex litigation cases
- Lead first-chair trials, attend hearings and depositions
- Draft motions and pleadings
- Handle all aspects of litigating cases
- Maintain organization and detail orientation in a high-pressure environment
- Manage a significant case load effectively
- Conduct excellent written and oral communication
- Perform exceptional legal research
- Exercise good judgment and professionalism
- Demonstrate proactiveness and a strong work ethic
- Prioritize and multi-task efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Navigate all stages of litigation with knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Minimum four (4) years of complex civil litigation experience
- Extensive experience in managing litigation cases
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures and trial processes
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong sense of humor and collegial attitude
