Success Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Marketing Director
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to help promote Success Virtual Learning Centers of Michigan to local communities and prospective students. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in daily needs throughout the year.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, return calls, set up enrollment appointments for students and parents.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure Facebook and other media sources are promoting student success.
- Create and help with inventory for marketing materials: flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and any other center needs.
- Prepare invitations and appointment reminders to assist the Marketing Director.
- Create FB and other social media posts/ads.
- Assist in tracking inventory for reorders of stock materials.
- Assist in tracking expenses to ensure that centers and the marketing department stay within respective budgets.
- Assist in communication with the Marketing Director to meet the needs of the team.
- Assist the Marketing Director in providing community awareness and support.
- Assist in planning and preparing for professional development.
- Work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, and other marketing software.
- Have the ability to build relationships with co-workers, local businesses, and communities across the state.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Position Expectations Benefits:
- This position will report to a center for daily operations.
- Some travel may be required, on occasion.
- Ability to work up to 220 days per year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
