Job Summary
As a manager of our retail store, this position is responsible for inventory management, merchandising, loss control, and personnel development.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure quality control standards are met on a daily basis
- Assist with verifying daily invoices and following up on product credits
- Train employees and provide performance feedback
- Oversee daily rotation of perishable inventory
- Lead by example, and provide employees with clear expectations and timely feedback
- Scheduling, hiring and maintaining the performance standards of retail staff
- Ensure daily and assigned tasks are accomplished
- Pay $80,000 - $110,000

- 3-5 years supervisory experience required
- Ability to utilize team members to rework and reset displays during changing seasons
- Self-motivated individual who leads by example
- Outstanding merchandising and display skills
- Ability to effectively delegate and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed to satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Availability to work weekends and adjust hours seasonally
- Previous produce or garden center experience preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
