Summary:
Responsible for billing functions for Global Moving Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Audit and invoice for transportation, packing and accessorial services
Understand and interpret client and agent contracts, rate schedules and tariffs as needed
Analyze, distribute and process revenue; apply commission plan to service providers
Research and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and client
Upload customer invoices into web portal or database
Communicate with internal and external clients and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in billing/auditing is preferred; prior experience interpreting billing contracts, tariffs and/or rate schedules; must have considerable experience with high volume and fast paced transactions
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate computer skills using MS Word and MS Excel
