Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform project-specific subcontract review
- Conduct subcontract SOP training and assist in training compilation and evaluate training needs in support of Operations
- Interpret and apply policies and procedures within limits of authority
- Draft legal documents under supervision of General Counsel
- Assist in responding to legal inquiries by gathering information and escalating issues to the General Counsel, as necessary
- Assist in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects for legal
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, e.g. typing reports and legal memos, maintaining contract and other legal files, developing and maintaining computerized spreadsheets and performing advanced administrative tasks, all which may involve sensitive or confidential information
- Assist Regional Counsel with email and calendar management
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of construction experience, preferably with an emphasis in subcontract compilation and/or scope negotiation; or
- 2-4 years of legal or executive assistance, preferably with a construction emphasis
- Collaborative team player adept at navigating complex dynamics
- Independent, reliable, motivated and well organized
