Director of Village Services

As Director of Village Services, you'll be the chief experience creator of our tight-knit mountain community. Your mission is to ensure our homeowners never have to worry about anything except enjoying their incredible Sugar Bowl lifestyle. This role combines high-energy leadership, creative event planning, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver seamless, magical experiences.

Why Sugar Bowl?

Sugar Bowl Resort has been proudly independent for over 80 years and is one of the oldest ski resorts in California. Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. This special community helped bring skiing to “sunny California” since December 1939. Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts a like.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential services

• Experience in preserving and enhancing exclusive community cultures

What you will do

• Serve as the ultimate host for our homeowners, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Create and execute extraordinary events that enhance the Sugar Bowl lifestyle
• Train and develop our elite Concierge team and Stewards to deliver exceptional service
• Manage and set budgets while driving business growth
• Manage the day to day operation of the Village Services department
• Ability to collaborate closely with other departments
• Design and implement new, magical experiences that embody the Sugar Bowl spirit
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and residents
• Responding to homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Preserve and enhance the unique magic that makes Sugar Bowl special
