As Director of Village Services, you'll be the chief experience creator of our tight-knit mountain community. Your mission is to ensure our homeowners never have to worry about anything except enjoying their incredible Sugar Bowl lifestyle. What you will do
- Serve as the ultimate host for our homeowners, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Create and execute extraordinary events that enhance the Sugar Bowl lifestyle
- Train and develop our elite Concierge team and Stewards to deliver exceptional service
- Manage and set budgets while driving business growth
- Manage the day to day operation of the Village Services department
- Ability to collaborate closely with other departments
- Design and implement new, magical experiences that embody the Sugar Bowl spirit
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and residents
- Responding to homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Preserve and enhance the unique magic that makes Sugar Bowl special
