Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for energetic, guest centric, and adventurous individuals to join our Village Services team. Village Services in offers unique luxury experiences atop majestic Donner Summit for our exclusive group of Homeowners. We are looking for energetic, guest centric, and adventurous individuals to join our team. Provide Sugar Bowl Resort Homeowners with elevated service, while demonstrating excellence, grace, and grit.
Who you are
- Experience with customer service
- Ability to carry 50 pounds
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- Ability to handle stressful situations
What you will do
- Provide excellent “Plus One” service to our Villagers - White glove treatment
- Deliver groceries to Homeowners
- Deliver packages to Homeowners
- Prep homes for arrival and close homes upon departure
- Set up events
- Assist Villagers with rubbish removal
- Assist at Lake Mary as needed
- Assist in other areas around the resort as needed
- Operate our fleet of snowmobiles in all conditions (Training provided for over the snow vehicles)
- Operate our fleet of Polaris Snow Rangers in all conditions (Training provided for over the snow vehicles)
- Provide over the snow transportation to and from Villager homes
- Snow removal including operation of snow blowers
