Sugar Bowl Resort has been proudly independent for over 80 years and is one of the oldest ski resorts in California. Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. This special community helped bring skiing to "sunny California" since December 1939. Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts a like.

Who you are

• 2 years of server or bartender experience
• Basic Knowledge of computer operating systems
• RBS training
• CA Food Handlers certification
  
  

What you will do

• Serving of plates of food and beverages
• Assist in banquet and event setup and breakdown
• Taking of food and beverage orders from guest
• Assisting other staff in expediting of food and beverages.
• Assist in running of buffets, family style and plated meals
• Assist in cocktail service, sometimes at top of Mt Disney
• Addressing guest service situations
• Assisting in all types of catered events and service styles
• Ensuring that opening and closing checklist procedures are completed
• Checking of identification to ensure an individual is of legal drinking age
• Polishing, vacuuming, and general cleaning of food service areas
• Settling of cc transactions
• Handling of hot food service items
• Be an exemplary team player
• Be on time for shifts in designated uniform
