What are the responsibilities and job description for the Race Crew position at SUGAR BOWL SKI RESORT?
Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Race Crew Team Members to support races, events and competition training; and runs the race arena for the resort. This includes all aspects of event management and the logistics required to carry on these operations. The department cooperates with all other departments at Sugar Bowl and assists when and wherever possible.

- Ski racing background a plus, but not a requirement
What you will do
- Have fun while working hard
- Placement/removal of fencing, closures and other safety equipment
- Set up/Removal of timing systems
- Set up/Removal of race course and/or event equipment (i.e., gates, bamboo, fencing, banners and any other materials needed)
- Prepare start/finish areas
- Maintain course condition: Slipping, raking, shoveling
- Removal. Storage and maintenance of race equipment
- Watering down race courses and the use of chemicals to enhance race course conditions
- Assist with the operations of the Sugar Bowl Ski Team Foundation when directed
- Assist the personnel of the Sugar Bowl Ski Team Foundation when directed
- Any and all other duties as assigned by race department managers or supervisors
