```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Enter orders into the Tabit POS system accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service or guest services role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Tabit POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
