We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, job scheduling, and complete management of the generator division including , but not limited to, all purchases, shipping and receiving operations, and claims. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate various phone systems and multiple websites while providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding logistics, fleet management, and dispatching operations.
- Utilize software such as Quickbooks, Fleetsharp, Mobile Link, etc.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of freight.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone systems to resolve issues or provide updates on their appointments or parts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with fleet management practices and shipping/receiving processes is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using multi-monitor computer system and checking multiple websites and emails.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly over the phone.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
