Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our team. As a server and/ or bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitatility, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers (bartenders).
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
-Perform table and wine service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues or complaints.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of bar techniques, mixology, and drink recipes.
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating orders and processing payments.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials or events.
