```Duties``` - Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations - Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met - Supervise and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials - Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting - Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food industry best practices - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficient in food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and organizational skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
