Summary

As a Teacher at Sugar 'n Spice Children's Academy, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. This position involves creating, engaging and fostering a love for learning in a supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Foster a love for literacy and math through creative activities and hands-on learning experiences.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and development.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Available to stand for long periods of time.
• Cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
