Party Heroes is an 8,000 sf Retail Party Store that specializes in Balloon Decor and Party Supplies.
Summary: • The Assistant Manager will be expected to follow not only the positon of Team Lead but will also handle Marketing/Social Media needs. This candidate will accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; negotiating product pricing and enhancing store merchandise layout to optimize retail sales. Essential Duties: • Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements - • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product selection - • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities • Manage placement of store merchandise to optimize retail sales volume • Collaborates with key stakeholders in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company • Performs sales activities on commercial helium accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with key stakeholders • Resolves sales or delivery issues with commercial accounts • Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements Related Duties: • Act in the capacity of a Party Hero as needed for profitable store operations (the hours will vary based on time of year and store staffing needs. • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned
