Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team of 5. We are a start-up company where things move very quickly and change on the fly. The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and a team player who is happy to collaborate with the rest of the team. You'll play a crucial role in building marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various platforms. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage marketing campaigns and contribute to the overall success of our marketing strategies. Duties
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing engagement metrics
- Assist with paid ads for Meta and TikTok by contributing to ad specific content creation
- Email Marketing including writing, designing, and scheduling campaigns
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, both digital and print, on either Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite to support promotional activities
- Write blogs that are SEO-driven
- Manage Shopify website, including creating and editing pages, utilizing their built-in email marketing software
- Lead communication between company and affiliates/UGC creators
- Assist in the development and execution of various marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies
- Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performances
Skills
- Content Creation
- Basic Graphic Design (at least proficient in Canva, but Adobe Suite knowledge is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive measurable results
- Familiarity with Shopify for web design and email marketing
- Experience in advertising across various platforms with a focus on ROI
- Proficient in Google analytics tools
- Expertise in content marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences
- Understanding of social media marketing best practices to enhance brand visibility
We are a start-up company and a small team of 5. We sell adult products, please don't apply if you are not comfortable with this industry. Our office is located in the heart of Sugarhouse and available for daily use. The job is flexible with the ability to work remote; however, Wednesday mornings are required in office for team meetings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
