Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement engaging daily activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work closely with the Room Leader to ensure seamless program execution and maintain open communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
- Supervise children at all times, upholding the highest standards of care and safety
- Maintain a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Prepare healthy meals according to schedule, promoting positive eating habits
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in childcare
- Three professional references in early childhood education
- Completion of a course in Early Childhood or Human/Child Development, plus one year of experience in a childcare center
- Specialized skills in areas appealing to children's interests and our programming
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
