\We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Maintenance and Grounds to lead our facilities team at Sugarbush Resort. The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager and hands-on knowledge of project timelines from beginning to end.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses to their needs.
- Estimate and manage small to medium construction projects as required.
- Coordinate with the Events Department in set up, operations, and break down of all events.
