Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues promptly and courteously.
- Supervise frontline staff, assist with planning, assigning work, training, and scheduling.
- Coordinate daily operations of the Season Pass/Ticket booth.
- Promote and sell products, manage cash handling, and assist with staff cash outs.
- Communicate effectively between line staff and management.
Requirements
- Strong reading, math, and computer skills.
- Previous supervisory experience and customer service background.
- Cash handling experience and proficiency in POS software, preferably Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays and weekends.
