Job Description:
The Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily operations at the Season Pass/Ticket booth, ensuring seamless interactions with guests. This individual will analyze and resolve complex guest issues, provide creative solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily activities at the Season Pass/Ticket booth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote products and services.
- Maintaining knowledge of current products, promotions, and procedures.
- Analyzing and resolving complex guest issues.
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for frontline staff.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong reading, math, and computer skills.
- Previous supervisory experience and customer service/cash handling experience is required.
- Resort experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous POS software experience is preferred.
