Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily programs tailored to the needs of each child.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field.
- Two years of experience working with groups of children.
- Three positive childcare references.
- Annual CPR certification.
