Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented leader to join our Food and Beverage Team as the 45 North Restaurant Supervisor at Sugarloaf.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food & beverage industry, previous supervisory experience in a resort-based hospitality role, and a desire to create an exceptional dining experience.

This is a full-time year-round position with benefits, bonuses, and other great job perks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the front of house team to ensure consistent outstanding guest experiences.
• Improve service by communicating and assisting team members to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
• Conduct functions such as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance appraisals, coaching, and counseling.
• Possess a wide-ranging knowledge of wine, cocktails, and mocktails, including the development of comprehensive wine and cocktail menus.
• Take ownership of any guest issues until resolved.

• Excellent people and management skills.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Effective communication with restaurant staff, kitchen, and hotel front desk.
• Lead by example and create an enthusiastic working environment.
• Extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for trending topics in the Food and Beverage industry.
