Areas of practice comprise of general litigation, personal injury, marital, criminal defense, labor and worker’s compensation. We are looking for an experienced paralegal in our marital department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will be organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Document preparation
- Legal research
- Litigation calendaring
- Document review
- Client interface and intake
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests
- Helping lawyers prepare legal arguments, motions, briefs and other case filings
- Utilize existing files and a variety of other legal research resources to develop information for pending cases
- Efiling documents with the court
- Paralegal certificate, Associates or Bachelor degree in a relevant major. Legal experience may be considered a substitute to education.
- Paralegal certification is a plus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- 37.5 - 40 hour work week, depending on need
