About You:
- 2-3 years experience or more in an upscale, full service restaurant or bar
- Eager and positive attitude
- Strong desire to learn and dedication to constant improvement
- Engaging, friendly personality and excellent people skills
- Passionate about food, wine, and spirits
- Professional, punctual, dependable and consistent
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work well with a team - this is crucial as everything we do is a team effort
- Sense of urgency at all times while working
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience
- Anchorage Food Handler's certification
- TAP Card-Training for Alcohol Professionals certification
- Must have flexible availability to include Sundays and Mondays
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Demonstrate knowledge of wine and menu offerings to assist customers with selections.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
