About Us:
Suite 100 is a locally owned and operated restaurant in South Anchorage offering approachable, modern, creative cuisine and cocktails. We host an upscale-casual atmosphere, creating a warm and welcoming place for locals to dine and drink. Hourly rate is $11.73 an hour plus tips.
About You:
- 2-3 years experience or more in an upscale, full service restaurant
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is a must
- Eager and positive attitude
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process payments and orders accurately.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by handling food properly and following sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Strong desire to learn and dedication to constant improvement
- Engaging, friendly personality and excellent people skills
- Professional, punctual, dependable and consistent
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work well with a team - this is crucial as everything we do is a team effort
- Sense of urgency at all times while working
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience
- Anchorage Food Handler's certification
- TAP Card-Training for Alcohol Professionals certification
- Must have flexible availability and able to work weekends, holidays, etc.
