Location: Lakeville, MN
Salary: $65,000 and up based upon experience plus commission

Overview: Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple locations, overseeing the sales process, and meeting occupancy goals for a designated region. You'll work closely with directors, nurses, and Regional Director of Operations (RDOs), driving business development, lead generation, and nurturing referrals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy goals for multiple communities.
    • Identify, generate, and manage leads from targeted referral sources.
    • Build and nurture professional relationships with referral partners, health care professionals, and community stakeholders.
    • Conduct presentations to professionals, clearly articulating the benefits of referring to Suite Living.
  • Lead Management:
    • Oversee and manage the lead database using CRM tools.
    • Advance leads through the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer commitment.
    • Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents, and facilitate discovery meetings to assess potential needs.
    • Collaborate with the Nurse Care Manager to facilitate and coordinate the Resident Prescreen.
  • Move-In Process:
    • Manage and support the move-in process, ensuring completion of all necessary prescreens, both financial and clinical.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for residents moving into Suite Living communities.
  • Time Management & Organization:
    • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities across various locations.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with teams, directors, and RDOs.
  • Referral Development & Networking:
    • Develop strong relationships with referral sources, ensuring consistent lead generation and new move-ins.
    • Participate in networking events and community outreach to build awareness of Suite Living Senior Care.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within healthcare or senior care.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent discovery and closing abilities.
  • CRM experience with lead management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
  • Ability to travel and conduct tours as needed.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
  • Previous experience in senior care or healthcare industry is a plus.
