Suited Connector (SuCo) is seeking a motivated .Net Backend Developer who has a desire to build efficient, scalable and reliable solutions. You will play a key role in building the technology that is the backbone of our team. Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure 😉):

•  Backend Application Development: You will work directly with our small team in building an enterprise API REST service layer. This layer will expose REST API endpoints and communicate with backend business logic and data access layer.
• Delivery-Focused with a mind for Problem Solving: You will effectively assess, understand, and articulate technical designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
• Communicate and collaborate: You effectively work with others, both inside and outside, your team to achieve goals. You proactively communicate with your team on project statuses, code issues and overall all things team  and human related.

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience/Education: You have 2 years’ experience and a BS in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Language Mastery: C# is your forte, with a focus on Backend, ASP.Net Core 8.0 . You have strong API knowledge and strong ADO knowledge (most calls utilize stored procedures).
• Harnessing Visual Studio 2022: You can leverage the power of Visual Studio 2022 (.Net Core 8.0 ) to develop, debug, and deploy high-quality .NET applications efficiently.
• Database Know-How: You have SQL Server working knowledge of query language and stored procedure creation/use.
• Mastering GIT Workflows: You have proficiency in GIT repository workflows to maintain a clean and organized codebase.
• Communication is Key: You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, and can tailer your communication styles to diverse audiences.
• Adaptable: You quickly adapt to shifting priorities and goals, new challenges, and evolving technologies with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Team Player: You have strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset and work well in team environment.

Bonus Points For:

• You have AWS working knowledge of EC2, CodeDeploy, S3 and SNS.
• You have experience in Jenkins, Postman, Jira (Confluence working knowledge), ASP.Net Core and Terraform.

The Other Details You Really Want to Know:

●   Base Salary Range: i.e., $70,000 to $90,000

●   Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation

●   Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
