Essential Job Functions:
- Enter and reconcile financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with monthly close process
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Provide support to the accounting department and perform additional tasks as assigned
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree or Accounting Certificate in related field
- 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines
