As our Marketing Admin , you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the broader marketing team. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate key projects, and help implement processes that enable the team to work efficiently as we scale from startup to enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations while contributing to the success of a high-growth company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing department calendar, ensuring key meetings, deadlines, and initiatives are scheduled and executed efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling and administrative support for the CMO, managing internal and external communications.
- Track and manage marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Support onboarding of new marketing hires by setting up tools, logins, and team resources.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, documents, and templates for easy accessibility and reference.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
