Position Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator will support our hiring efforts at our high-volume manufacturing plant. This role will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining the recruitment process to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with hiring managers, HR personnel, and external partners to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-volume positions, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, social media, local job fairs, and community outreach programs to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate pre-employment physicals, reference checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, technical schools, and workforce development organizations.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Manage new hire swag, ensuring timely distribution and inventory tracking.
- Oversee the annual rewards and recognition program, including planning, execution, and communication.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
- Coordinate administrative support for team projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience, preferably in a high-volume or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (UKG Preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting platforms.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required. Spanish highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant management. Must be agile and quick to respond to changes and the needs of Team Members and/or the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and follow up.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
$27 - $30/Hour DOE
