Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will work closely with the Head Mens and Womens Tennis Coach to assist in practice and game planning and preparation. They will also assist in recruiting prospective student-athletes, support student-athlete success on the court and in the classroom, manage hospitality and travel arrangements, and help setup and tear down game operations. Additionally, they will be responsible for personal safety and the safety of others, exercising due caution and practicing safe work habits at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and previous high school or collegiate tennis experience, either playing or coaching. They must be able to assist and/or direct practices and workouts, and possess standard office machines and computer skills. A driver's license and ability to string rackets and change tennis nets are also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional or related experience, participation in tennis camps, and proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software are preferred.
