BDC Agent - Sullivan Automotive
We’re growing at Sullivan Automotive and looking for a driven and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in generating sales opportunities by managing inbound calls, internet leads, text inquiries, lease renewals, and reconnecting with previous customers. You'll also engage with current and prospective customers to promote special sales events and offers.
Job Role & Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-Up: Adhere to established contact and follow-up procedures for internet leads, orphan customers, showroom visits, phone-ups, and lease renewals. Ensure data is recorded accurately in the CRM.

Long-Term Engagement: Provide follow-up beyond 90 days for leads that are not being attended, ensuring opportunities don’t slip through the cracks.

Training & Development: Complete training on sales techniques, lead management software, and vehicle product knowledge to ensure you stay up-to-date and provide the best customer experience.

Appointment Setting: Meet or exceed objectives for setting appointments, contributing to the dealership’s overall sales success.

Maximize Lead Conversion: Use creativity and integrate manufacturer sales programs to maximize lead conversion, offer alternatives, and engage with leads through the entire process to secure appointments and sales.

Timely Response to Leads: Ensure that all incoming leads (text, phone, or internet) are responded to quickly and accurately. Maintain high-quality customer service at every step.

Sales Calls & CRM Management: Handle all sales calls professionally, ensuring every customer interaction is recorded accurately in the CRM, including complete customer information and interaction notes.

Third-Party Lead Evaluation: Assist BDC Manager in evaluating third-party lead providers to provide insights and make recommendations for improving lead management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mentality.
