Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Weekend N ursing Supervisor to lead and support our healthcare team.
Schedule : Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7p-7a.
Examples of Duties
- Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care during evening / night shifts.
- Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with doctors and other medical professionals.
- Supervise nursing operations, manage emergencies, and resolve patient care issues.
- Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and standards.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
