Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Culinary Cold Prep & Garde Manger at Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for culinary foods, demonstrate physical dexterity, and contribute positively to our production environment. This role involves working with a team to process vegetables and other ingredients to produce fresh ready-to-eat products.
Responsibilities:
· Using a knife and other automated equipment this position will cut, chop and prep vegetables and other ingredients
· Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
· Adhere to established culinary techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
· Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.
· Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
Available shifts:
· AM Shifts 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
· Overnight Shifts 8:00 pm – 4:30 am
· Monday – Sunday
Qualifications:
· Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
· High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
· Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.
· Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
· Adherence to all company policies and requirements is essential.
